Our etFLO module is complete web based DAM workflow solution. This system for digital et management makes it possible to manage all your ets (imges, logos, PDF’s, Office documents, movies …) online and structured. By indicating what your picture material is needed for, the digital et management workflow will make sure it will be delivered in the best format for the situation.
Unlike other digital et management applications, ets are stored as pure images. Metadata is attached for searching, but not for publishing. We have other, much better suited solutions for that in our PIMS modules (which can of course link to the DAM module).
Digital et management or DAM solutions can be used as a core feature in the DMP FlO Suite, or it can be used to support and feed the other modules (e.g. database publishing). And of course it is always possible to add a new, web based custom interface or workflow on top of the standard digital et management module. This way, you can create very simple and flexible DAM solutions.
