How do you make techno beats on fl studio 9 xxl production edition?

do need sounds if so where can i get them and how do i get them on fl studio and once iget them on thewre where can i find them be speciifc cause im a noiob at music production

Download some sample packs (use torrents in case of IP-free samples, or buy sample cds online), drag and drop them into FL Studio. If you don’t have experience, please read the manual and use some online tutorials (e.g. search for: "loading samples fl studio" on youtube) and the "getting started" projects in FL Studio, this way you’ll get the feel a lot quicker (seeing what people are doing works better than me explaining via text:)
