There is a video converter called “Any Video Converter” that can be used to convert videos to diffrent formats…including AVI and MOV…so yeah that might help

VisionLab is great …
VisionLab is great for a lot effects… and its easy to work with them… but you can only open avi and mov video formats…. thats the only thing that sucks…
