They seem good prices, very organised!
You have left out insurance, probably around 400 euros/ year (then you can cut out most vet bills, apart from vaccs + wormers).
You will need travel gear if you intend on competing and a light waterproof rug for rainy days in summer. You may also need an exercise sheet for riding out in winter (unless you're lucky enough to have an indoor arena!)
You have put fetlock boots, but no front boots? You should budget a full set in, just in case your new horse needs them for jumping etc.
Also, don't buy a saddle unseen. You need to get it seen and fitted by a saddler before purchase or you may end up wasting your money and being unable to return it. Try and find a good second hand one locally, ask friends, trainer etc if they know of any that may fit the type of horse you're getting, then you should be able to 'try before you buy'.

Good luck! Hope all goes well!
References :
Seems good, but some of this equipment you won't need, cut down to the bare minimum.
References :
i must say you are fairly organised! All i have to say is that you put a lot of effort into this horse's care! Thats a reasonable price. The actual purchase and starting equipment is always a set back so the annual cost will probably decrease next year :)
very VERY well thought out!
