If you are a current student or recent grad, check out the school’s offices of Career Placement and Internships - they can help you find such a position - that’s what they do.
You should also be checking Variety/entertainment papers to find out what is filmiing in your area, and to see the classifieds seeking infterns.
The following colleges are highly rated by US News and World Report’s college survey for film majors, are rated as "extremely selective" with small class sizes (15:1 or below student-teacher ratio) and offer professional internship programs. I thought that might be three relevant criteria for your question.
George Lucas and Francis Ford Coppola graduated from USC Film School, so it’s considered extremely prestigious, while Steven Spielberg was turned down for admission(!). Instead Spielberg studied English at California State University at Long Beach, then moved into film. His biography at the URL below is enlightening if you are considering becoming a director. I think the key to success in the film industry is CONTACTS so that’s why people flock to LA. Take a look and good luck!
Hey also check out: UCLA and Loyola Marymount (both in LA, near Beverly Hills).

I would like to go to UCLA and go into film/ television production or film/ television writing. Is UCLA well known for these things, and could you please give me a link to a site that details these courses. Thanks so much.
Of course it’s good, if you haven’t heard of UCLA’s reputation you haven’t yet done the minimal film school research.
All the good film schools will teach you more or less the same, it’s really what you make out of it. I did notice that UCLA produces several strong shorts every year. In terms of production facilities, other schools beat them. The strongest point, usually, is their industry connections - since you’re studying right in the western’s world largest filmmaking hub.
Keep in mind that (unless it changed in the past 3 years) their film program is all upper-level; you don’t touch anything film until your junior year. Many people go to a (cheaper) state college to take care of their GenEds, and then transfer.

You should create a separate business plan for each of these ventures, and decide which one of them you want to pursue primarily (under the idea you should devote yourself to making one succeed rather than spread yourself too thin and risk all of them failing). Once you have brought one to success, then pursue the others.
In the near term, with a business plan you can solicit investors to fund your idea. If your primary choice does not attract a particular investor, then you could ask if they would be interested in either of your other ideas (and if so then present that/those plan(s)).
You may be able to find potential investors through local business or civic organizations, investment clubs, or other places where you would be likely to find successful / wealthy people. You may even have some level of government assistance (e.g. help for small businesses or locating potential investors) available to you.
