I’m getting these constant pop ups just now and its saying you have melware infection and spy ware all that i don’t click them i just hit no this happened before but not as bad and so I’m running spy bot search and destroy and its finding stuff like

You will need to scan your computer with anti-malware applications.

No single anti-spyware application is perfect so I recommend using at least 2 different programs. Spybot Search & Destroy is one of the best. I also recommend SUPERAntiSpyware. Other free anti-spyware programs would be Adaware, AVG Anti-spyware (formally Ewido), A-squared, Spyware Terminator and SpywareBlaster.

If you do not have an updated anti-virus program always running, you need to get one. Install only one, but you can get AVG, Avast! or AntiVir for free.

Running these programs in Safe Mode (tap F8 as the computer boots up and choose to boot to safe mode) can be more effective.

I strongly recommend using FireFox, it’s a far better and safer alternative to Internet Explorer. If you add-on McAfee SiteAdvisor, it will warn you of potentially harmful sites. I also recommend CCleaner which is a free system optimization and privacy tool.

So, they’ve decided not to take delivery of their new jets - in an attempt to appease the public and the media. But they’ve already paid for it! They were ordered in 2005 - and put down at least half of the money.

My question - What is the point of literally throwing away money so you don’t appear to be wasting it?
jet / jets - the point is the same. "Only a deposit" is still around $25 million.
FYI - I’m not angry that CitiCorp has private jets, or that they ordered more. My concern is that the government is forcing a dog and pony show - like when the auto execs drove hybrids to Washington….

I used to love the old (blue!) 4od with desktop delivery system - I often work long hours and would enjoy catching up on a few programmes whilst doing admin in my office late in the evening or download to laptop for when I am travellling. It was wonderful!!

But since the new site launch I haven’t been able to get it to work - it is slow loading and I can get the adverts (after a few seconds wait for each one) but the main feature won’t load. Have checked system reqs as per their faqs - i have 7-8 Meg broadband (internet speed was never an issue with the old 40d I have relaly good internet here in my home office) Flash 10 whatever it is (the latest one) , use IE8 and have set my privacy and security settings to medium as per their suggestion which should enable cookies. Still doesn’t work - does anyone else have any suggestions?

I have emailed 4OD direct but no answer yet. I have Vista on my pc, XP on my laptop and it won’t work with either…. v frustrating!! Thanks for your help!!
Just to add - it is UK’s channel 4 on demand service I am talkng abut. As far as I’m aware it’s not a log in issue I can get it to start playing but only the trailer adverts then it stops working. Is anyone else itn eh UK having this issue? Very furstrating, the old 4od was fantastic but the new one just doesn’t want to work for me… even if I try accessing it via the old site, it just takes me to the new site and the same problem…

i ordered a dell studio 15 on the 29th of july. and i was just wondering when i would be expecting it to come to my house - i live in ny. anyways i was just wondering if it would come earlier or later than the ETA that dell gave me which is ship on the 8-7 and arrive the 8-12 to 8-14. thanks for all the help - i cant wait til i get this new laptop because i ordered it in purple my fav. color!!
